This year Dr Michelle Atchison who is the Director of Advanced Training for Adult Psychiatry in SA and part of the team at the SAPBTC won the award. The award recognises her contribution to the field of psychiatry and the RANZCP over her career. These contributions include periods as Chair of the SAPBTC and the SA Branch committee, serving as an examiner for the College, membership of several College committees such as Accreditation Committee, her years of work in private practice and her current role as Director of Advanced Training in Adult Psychiatry.
